All good, can’t make any bad comments at all.
What an excellent service you most certainly provide. On arrival I was greeted in a lovely manner, and everything was explained to us very well on what was going to happen to me. The lady who did my MRI could see I was nervous, explained to me exactly what was going to happen, spoke to me when I was having my MRI. Excellent service. Very professional. Both the ladies put me at my ease, the last MRI I had at WRH was horrendous. This lady made sure I was okay from start to finish. Excellent care. I would certainly recommend this service.
I was very anxious before the MRI took place but the staff went out of their way to calm my fears and allowed me to proceed with the scan with little stress.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Glad I was not too long in there as I was a bit cold. Thank you!
