I would like to thank all the WIC staff who showed great understanding, patience and kindness when dealing with my wife during her visit, they went the extra mile to minimise her discomfort. I would like to say that my experience at the Imaging Centre was excellent and would like to thank the staff for their wonderful customer care. What an excellent service you most certainly provide. On arrival I was greeted in a lovely manner, and everything was explained to us very well on what was going to happen to me. The lady who did my MRI could see I was nervous, explained to me exactly what was going to happen, spoke to me when I was having my MRI. Excellent service. Very professional. Both the ladies put me at my ease, the last MRI I had at WRH was horrendous. This lady made sure I was okay from start to finish. Excellent care. I would certainly recommend this service.
